Martin’s build consist of a Garrett G35-900 turbo with a 50mm Turbosmart wastegate, and a Garrett water to air intercooler core rated to 1,000hp

I took a do88 radiator, cut everything we didn’t need on it. This will be the heat exchanger for the water to air intercooler. -12AN lines will move the water to and from.

For the intercooler we decided on a 1,000 hp rated water to air intercooler core with custom end tanks. I designed the intakes for all sides in CAD. I printed the templates out, transferred them to aluminum, cut bent, and welded them on. Since this car doesn’t have a cold pipe, all the bungs and the MAP sensor that would normally be on the cold pipe had to be welded to the cold side of the intercooler end tank.

The manifold for the Garrett G35-900 uses my CNC flange that I offer. Runners are stainless steel 1.25” schedule 10 pipe. The collector is a CNC billet stainless that I source from Germany. The wastegate will be routed back into the downpipe.
